The delight of a small town. Where the pharmacist knows your name

Pharmacy tech we were speaking to was extremely rude and impatient. She hung up on us not even saying anything before hand other than "are we done here". She sounded like she didn't want to talk and was talking down as if we didn't understand what insurance was. We will be changing pharmacy's.

A refreshing alternative to chain pharmacies, Medicine Park is a great home town alternative with a wonderful staff...helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. We especially appreciate their separated vaccine nook, which provides a lot more privacy than most pharmacies. Also, when you call it's easy to get a real live person, instead of being stuck in voice prompt purgatory.
