Absolutely astounding customer experience, every time. The pharmacists always take the time to ask questions, to explain everything I need to me (none of what I don’t need), and look for coupons to keep prices as low as possible. Today was extra special as I called and the lines were full. I didn’t leave a voicemail and yet they called me back to find out what I needed. 8 minutes later, my prescription was ready. Such an amazing pharmacy experience.

Used this pharmacy for over 9-10 months. Be aware that what they call drive-thru service is only a window on the building that you have to knock on when you arrive, they do not know when you pull up. It is also not always available so you often must still go inside for your Rx. The delivery service they say they provide has been very bad. The instructions I left with the pharmacist for leaving Rx on the porch were not followed. Our home camera caught their driver knocking and standing around on our porch for 5 minutes, not leaving it on the table as I asked them. He was still outside our home when I arrived and didn't seem to have been given instructions to leave bag on the porch at all. This is the 3rd-4th time this has happened, so communication is not professional. Would NOT recommend

Great Staff very welcoming. I was able to get my booster shot and a PCR test for travel with result in 4 hours. I highly recommend Medex Pharmacy. They also accept walkins for the PCR test which is hard to find that kind of service any where. And no parking issues so there is always a place to park.

As a regular customer at this pharmacy, I can confidently say they consistently provide top-notch service. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always go above and beyond to ensure I understand my prescriptions. They have the best prices in town, which is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. The pharmacists are always available to answer any questions with a smile, and they take the time to explain potential side effects and offer helpful advice. This pharmacy has earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of excellent, reliable service!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Pharmacist Kareem and Ahmed both always go extra mile to help me and my whole family. Whether it’s looking for a coupon to get the best rates or getting prior approval for medications, or whether it’s looking for hard to find meds. They have always been on top of it. In addition they have been wonderful in helping my mother who just moved here and had no insurance. I will highly recommend them to anyone, they are a small business and really care about their customers.
