MD Now Urgent Care - Poinciana

I would give 0 stars but there isn’t an option for that. I had the worst experience ever coming this urgent care. Their customer service was beyond terrible. Before my visit, I did the check in prior to going to the urgent care. Since I did this it added me to the line before I got there, like an appointment. I was going for a drug test and I had my son with me. It showed that I was first in line. Typically drug test only takes a 30 min wait. However, in my case I waited over an hour to be called up. It’s now my turn to do the drug testing and to my surprise I’m denied service because my son was with me. After waiting for over an hour to be serviced, during this time no one expressed to me that I was unable to get my drug test done since my son was with me. Then the lady, Latasha, proceede

I went as a walk in today with my son who has(down syndrome). The receptionist Mrs.Ana was so helpful and kind. We didn't even wait long less then 15mins he was called to see doctor. Mrs.latisha was gentle and sweet with my son. She treated him like a big boy. Explained the process kindly and was gentle. Doctor Jeri Wood ROCKS. Super sweet and took her time to explain she didn't rush. This place is fantastic from the front desk till you see the doctor. I appreciate you all and your kindness towards my son.. grateful Ms.dee and jaidyn

At the front desk, Gisela was very courteous with accepting my walk-in visit. She was polite and deliberate with my next steps. Tasha's aid in taking my vitals was cordial, kind, and respectful... how any gpod experience should be. She kept me moving forward with my process and carried a friendly demeanor while staying on point. She put me at ease and properly prepped me to see Nurse Practioner - Miss Jerri Wood. Miss Wood was to the point yet took a grand consideration for the purpose of my visit. I'm a working man. I appreciate the help to ensure I was compliant with DOT requirements. I came to this place for a DOT Drug Screening for employment! I was treated like what I had to do was not of importance! I came in having to use the restroom and I was ignored and no sense of Urgency on their behalf! Someone came in after me and was taken in before me!! They are rude do not come here for anything not even a simple drug screening all you will hear them do is laugh and gossip!! No remorse or urgency for the patient! The front desk staff is not professional at all!!

Efficient and well run. Wait time not bad and even better if you register ahead of time. NP was professional, knowledgeable snd pleasant. The facility was clean and pleasant.
