If you need any type of support or need to speak with someone in the office good luck. I was prescribed medication that needs pre authorization. I found this out after going to the pharmacy. I tried calling FLASS Poinciana and was forward to a call center in the Phillipeans. They said they would pass the information but I never got a follow up. I called two more times over the next two weeks and they never could get me contact with someone from the office. I had to drive to the office to get info as to my medication status. I'm in my third week waiting on a pre auth and no one can answer my questions. These sleep studies are not cheap, I don't understand the need to outsource the ability to speak with customer service/administration. Also I tried the contact us page and tried to send a req

The front staff has changed personnel again. This time, the 2 young ladies were very respectful and courteous. As for contacting this office, that is a complete nightmare. Don't know how many negative reviews a business can't take without taking corrective measures. I met doctor elton for the first time very dry, not the best manners. A very poor listening skills took him a little over 3 minutes and walked right out with a couple of referrals left for me, not too sure if this is the place for me. This place. It's a bit of a Bumpy road. I cannot comfortably recommend this offers to anyone at this time. PS1 entering to see a patient if you're gonna have other people present hovering over you, you should at least the state who they are. And what their job is extremely uncomfortable.

I was worried about going here after reading the reviews so I wanted to come add mine after I visited. This was the BEST experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. Every single person working there seemed genuinely happy. There were several people in there but I was back there within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Doctor was thorough and listened.

I am very disappointed with the level of care I received at Florida Lung, Asthma and Sleep Studies Center, specifically from Dr. Elton with my appt on Dec. 11 As an active-duty military service member, I drove approximately 45 minutes to attend my scheduled appointment. After checking in, I waited 30–35 minutes before being seen. After they checked my HT/WY and BP, I waited for 10 minutes and the doctor finally entered the room, the entire interaction lasted no more than 1–2 minutes. Dr. Elton did not sit down, review my prior sleep study results with me, or explain my condition in any meaningful way. He simply asked, “What do you need?” I explained that I was seeking assistance with my sleep apnea and CPAP machine. His response felt dismissive and disruptive, stating that my sleep apnea

Doctors are solid, but the office staff is atrocious. No one understands English. It's so bad that I'm about ready to find a new office. The office staff are mostly incompetent. If English isn't your first language and you're working in customer service, you MUST be able to comprehend the language. This falls on the doctors. They have to step-up and staff with personnel that can understand English, be organized and have at least an average level of competence.
