If I could give Less than 1 star I WOULD I just moved to the area and needed to establish with a new dentist and I chose aspen dental… big mistake! First off let me say I have been a regular dentist attendee every 6 months for 43 years along with proper oral care at home brushing 2 times a day and flossing. My first impression was good the place was clean and the desk staff was pleasant as well as the young lady who came and got me for my X-rays. My discomfort and unpleasant experience started when I was being hit with a list of issues wrong w my teeth and how much work and care I needed. I was taken to a room to discuss my oral plan and then of course $ and I was informed that after my insurance my part would be over $4000. I was blown away by this first off how could someone who ju

Warm & Professional I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental in Poinciana. Keymar López, Lynn Eugene, Ellie Almendares, and Claudia the manager all treated me with professionalism and genuine care from the moment I walked in. The doctor and assistant who performed my extractions were outstanding as well, even though I didn’t catch their names. The whole team made a stressful visit feel smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended. Thank you all for treating me with patience and dignity during a stressful visit.

My first visit was a very calming experience. Claudia, The office manager, was wonderful. Explained everything Keymar, the dental assistant was very gentle and friendly. Ruby took great x-rays and the dentist herself knows her stuff. Looking forward to my new teeth.

Everyone was extremely professional and understanding of my situation. From the moment I checked in, the entire process was smooth and well organized. The staff who took my X-rays and conducted the consultation were kind, patient, and thorough, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The financial discussion with Claudia was also a great experience—she was clear, honest, and very helpful. Overall, I truly appreciated the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the entire team.
