The worst bedside manner ever. It took the dentist over 30 minutes to come see me, and when the dentist finally showed up, she was too busy talking to the medical assistant about her private life to even acknowledge my existence. She didn’t introduce herself or ask for my name she just told me to open my mouth. She checked my teeth for maybe three seconds told the Dental assistant to take pictures and I never saw her again no hello no goodbye nothing. I was then refused a cleaning because they claim I can’t get my cleaning done without a deep cleaning, but that’s never been an issue for me in the past at other offices. The colored lady at the front desk took out her aggravation of not being able to get the insurance company on the line in order to approve other patients at first they wanted to turn me away, but then I was told to sign forms while signing forms for my autistic child I was told to exit the office and do so outside or in my car mind you I came on an Uber so I had my autistic child running up and down outside while trying to fill out forms why I did not walk away I don’t know. The last time I was there. I was called in got xrays done and was told to wait out in the waiting area to be called for my cleaning appointment. Well, I am a very patient person so I waited and waited but after a very longtime I went and ask how long before they call me for my cleaning, I was told the dentist left and I would have to reschedule. Needless to day I was very upset. I took off from work for this appointment. And my time is valuable, even if they don't think so. They said they would give me a call to try and get me in. Well they did not follow up. I just lost time from work and no one try to rectify there mistake. I just decided to stop going there and find someone else that takes better care of there patient and takes pride in serving others. I was very disappointed. 🥴🙄

Came in as a walk in no appointment Staff was very friendly and professional they took me in fast. Dr Patel was amazing and explained everything to me. Not sure how people give bad ratings here they did. Great job .
