MD Now Urgent Care - Lady Lake

I would like to give a compliment to the MD Now clinic in Lady Lake. The medical staff was very kind and professional. However, I did want to share a concern regarding the front desk. Patients are being told there is a 3-hour wait when there are only about three patients in the waiting area, today 2/10/2026 time 5:43pm and patients are also being told they are not allowed to step out at all. This caused some confusion and frustration. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience. Thank you.

Very impressed. I was greeted quickly. Within approximately 5 mins, I was with the nurse getting vitals. The doctor came in very quickly and ordered testing. The whole event was very professional. Strongly recommend them if needing urgent care!

I needed help with the sign in process, but after that everything went smoothly. Luckily, the wait time in the waiting room was short. The healthcare professionals diagnosed my situation quickly, sent a prescription to my pharmacy, and sent me on my way. I received Patient Clinical Summary paperwork with detailed instructions on how to take my prescription and to follow up with the urgent care doctor if my symptoms persisted after three days. This is my first time using this urgent care facility, and I would return if necessary in the future.

2+ hour wait and $115 later for a physical… I called prior to my arrival and told them on the phone exactly what I needed. I was transparent and stated I needed a physical for law enforcement. I was told it would be $65. I arrived, checked in and with my own appropriate paperwork in hand reiterated what I needed. I showed the front desk staff the form that needed a physician to complete. Up to this point and for the entirety of the visit I was completely transparent on what I needed. Again I was told the price was $65 and was charged accordingly PRIOR to receiving service by the physician. After a lengthy 2+ wait I was finally taken back and seen by the physician. I was once again transparent regarding the reason for my visit and showed the form I needed to have completed by a physician.

I had a great experience on Saturday morning with Melissa Sapp and Dr H Mughal. I entered at 8:00 after making an appointment on line. Front desk staff was very helpful. I received a thorough exam including tests for flu and Covid. The physician described nasal flushing as a treatment. I received a prescription which was promptly sent to my pharmacy. I also received a follow up call on the next day.
