MD Kids Pediatrics

We’ve had a great experience at this pediatric clinic. The office is always clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor is very professional, patient, and takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly. He also makes both parents and kids feel comfortable during the visit. We’re very grateful to have found such a caring and dedicated pediatrician. We definitely recommend this clinic to other families looking for great pediatric care. 😊

First couple experiences here was great, wanted to keep coming back, then after it went downhill. I had two sick kids and the nurse she had poorly toned brassy blonde hair, light skin older Hispanic woman. She had to swab my daughter for flu, she stabbed up her nose, she overall looked irritated. You’re helping children all day?? Maybe slow down and realize kids are already uncomfortable and will be difficult. I told her I didn’t like the way she did it and if that’s how she usually swabs kids?? I could’ve done without stabbing and making my kids cry. Another nurse was sent in to finish the appointment. There was another incident where another nurse, a young black woman big eyelashes on, who was clearly high her eyes were red, she was slow. You can smell the marijuana!! I don’t know, someo

I am highly disappointed and disgusted with this clinic including Dr. Eduardo Mancias! We arrived at 820 for our 845 appointment. The receptionist was too busy making valentines gifts and tending to her phone to assist us in checking in. After a 45 minute wait in the waiting area, I witnessed many patients who arrived after us taken to an exam room, we were finally taken to a patient exam room. We waited over an hour for the Dr. to enter room. Dr Mancias asked why we wanted to be seen, as if it was not available in her chart, also he clearly did not read her medical history. I explained to Dr my daughter had experienced an activity induced loud barking cough after a track meet, and few days later spiked a 102.9 fever, my concerns of her previous heart complications worried me. I had a wonderful experience at the Cedar Hill clinic! The facility is very clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and management is doing an excellent job ensuring everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend this clinic!

Came in for a walk-in but they do not accept walk-ins only by appointments, luckily someone canceled their appointment for today, so we were able to be seen. The front desk lady was very sweet & informative I appreciate her for allowing us being scheduled for today, also Alie I hope I'm spelling that right was very gentle and caring with my 2 year old whenever she had to swab her for covd/flu. I appreciate them all made our visit stress free.
