I had a great experience at Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care when I came in after breaking my toe. Even though I arrived fairly close to closing time, I was treated with kindness, patience, and genuine care. Jazmine (concierge) immediately sprang into action and made me feel supported and comfortable every step of the way. She was so kind, attentive, and reassuring during a stressful moment. Dr. Sedrick Thomas was also very knowledgeable and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped make a very painful experience much more manageable. Thank you to Jazmine and Dr. Thomas for the excellent care and for making such an uncomfortable situation feel a lot easier. I truly appreciate you both!

When I arrived, there were several staff members at the front desk, which was reassuring. I expected a facility like this to be very expensive, but since I was short on time, I decided to proceed. I appreciated that when I asked about pricing, the staff were polite and took the time to check whether my insurance would cover the visit. The visit felt rushed overall. While the staff were not rude, the pace of the visit stood out. For a visit costing over $200, I expected care that felt more attentive and thorough. My daughter recommended Breeze Urgent Care over two years ago after receiving great care for her condition. I was impressed the moment I stepped into the facility with her. I have been to Breeze several times now and have been pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and care I have experienced. I will return if I cannot see my PCP. Keep up the good work!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This location and the staff I dealt with today give BREEZE a bad name. The “provider for the day” (their term not mine) Cedric not only cancelled my appointment in clinic but he also created a greatly inconvenient mess for me - the patient - as the staff misplaced my state ID and 2026 insurance cards after I questioned him about not starting care tasks before collecting payment. He claimed that was the policy. But again, I have been to this location multiple times and knew this to not be fully true. So I asked to see the policy he was quoting. Instead of showing me, he opted to REFUSE CARE, cancel my appointment and engage in a verbal back and forth with me stating “I don’t have to show you my policy.” And in the process of all of this, they lost my ID and medical car

From the moment I walked through the doors I felt I was in good caring hands. Sierra greeted me and immediately took me back. She was thorough, empathetic and considerate of the discomfort I was experiencing. Nurse Practitioner Patience entered the room with a smile, she has the best bedside manner. She was aware of my allergies and made sure she let me know that they would call in 3 days whether test was negative or positive. Thank you a great experience
