MINT dentistry

I have consistently been coming to this location for about 3 years. The front desk is extremely friendly & their check in process is really fast. The doctors are also great. But the star of the show is my hygienist, Taylor. He is so friendly, makes me feel really comfortable every single time. He educates me on hygiene and proper maintenance of my teeth. During the cleaning process he tells me step by step what he’s going to do next, he’s very careful. I’ve never had not even a slight scratch from his work. He’s very skillful and approachable. It’s just an amazing feeling going to the dentist every time & knowing that I’m going to be in good hands.

This office has a long wait time. I arrived at my appointment about 20 mintues early to complete the paperwork per the usual, as it’s always required. In addition to that, I waited an additional 30 mins to be called back and that is only after I had to bring up wait time to the front desk who was a bit rude by saying well you arrived 30 mins early and staff was on lunch. I understand that, but since 12:45, I’ve still waited in the lobby an additional half hour and probably longer had I not said anything. After going to the back there were absolutely no patients being seen, while the lobby is full of patients waiting. I understand a lunch break is required but all staff going at the same time affecting business flow is ridiculous. On top of that, I waited even longer to be seen by both the

This was my first experience at Mint and definitely my last. I support businesses that respect their client’s time and this establishment does not. My overall experience was okay with staff in my initial visit, although I had to wait 30 minutes to be called back. But, as noted in previous reviews by others, they arent honest or consistent about communication on whitening kit pick up. We were told by the dental assistant that created the whitening mold that they would be ready the same day. However we had to leave and said we would return for them. When we returned the next business day, the front staff said they weren’t done and we needed to have waited for a message indicating pick up. This is not what the back office communicated. They said they would prepare them if I waited 10 minutes

Oh my days. The only thing great about this place is the front desk, they are absolutely phenomenal. I came in which CHRONIC tooth pain that had radiated to my ear, nose, and throat. I went in there thinking people will be understanding if I’m not the most chipper because I scheduled myself under emergency. I was wrong. I was met with passive aggression and the hygienist said my pain was “not that bad”. I’m sorry, are we sharing a mouth? She was not careful while cleaning either, just huffing and puffing away. I felt nervous and tried my best to be polite even though my mind was mainly focused on the pain. I am a first timer at this place and I truly thought it would be different. Please work on professionalism and chair side manner. I will just go to another branch because this does look

I recently visited this dental office, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the office has a nice, modern feel. However, I found the music a little too loud for my taste, which made it hard to fully relax. I was taken back for my appointment on time, but unfortunately, had to wait an additional 10 minutes before seeing the dentist. The cleaning itself went smoothly, and the staff was professional throughout. My only concern was that there were no recommendations for ongoing upkeep or teeth protection, which would have been helpful. All in all, a decent experience with room for small improvements.
