iKids Pediatric Dentistry - Cedar Hill

I used to recommend Ikids Cedar Hill to all of my family and friends but it has gone downhill. My last two appointments have left me wanting to move on. My previous appointment one of the dental techs/xray techs was being impatient/huffing and puffing when dealing with my autistic son. I did not like that at all but decided to give them another chance since overall we have always had good experiences. This previous Monday they had another appointment. I was blatantly lied to when I called to inquire about the quote I was given. When I spoke to the office manager she said that the person who lied was "new there and to disregard what she said." I don't feel comfortable bringing my children here any longer. How is lying about doctor's notes regarding my children something I would take lightly

Our visit was for my 1-year-old, and the experience was excellent. There was no wait time, and we were seen promptly upon arrival. The staff was warm, patient, and very welcoming, which made the visit much easier with a toddler. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while being gentle and reassuring with my child. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this office for pediatric dental care.

Destiny (the front desk employee) was very helpful today and did all she was able to do to still get us seen. We had to do some waiting which I had no issue with because at the end Destiny made sure my son was seen. It wasn’t issues on ikids end, more so with insurance verification and we got it situated and was seen with her being very patient and helpful. The back was just as pleasant. The Hygienist Jennifer was very knowledgeable and thorough about what she was doing and saw. Made my son very comfortable throughout the process. Thank you ikids dental.

I so wanted to love this place. It’s looks amazing, clean, and overall a caring facility. But we never made it in the door. Called to set up an appointment for my kid and was met with a desk employee who really isn’t helping bring in new clients. Not only did she give me the hardest time about insurance BEFORE even letting me know if they’d be able to fit my child in that day, but she then placed me on hold without telling me. I was left giving her information while she wasn’t even on the line anymore. She never came back to the line either. I called again and asked for her name, at which point she put me on an immediate hold again without telling me or asking if I could hold. Then the line transferred to the standard “no one can take your call” recording. I called again and a different m

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love iKids Pediatric Dentistry! My kids just had their cleanings done, and every visit is such a great experience. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and patient they always make my kids feel comfortable. The office is spotless, smells amazing, and has such a welcoming vibe. Dr. Saur is amazing she's so kind. A special shoutout to Rubio for being so polite and caring, and to Destiny at the front desk she’s amazing! Always so helpful, sweet, and patient. I truly appreciate the entire team for making every visit so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend iKids! 💕
