The receptionist at the front desk do not care about the concern of the patient. I called about my eyes been affected by the bad allergies, and if an eye drop can be prescribed. She said I will tell the doctor and call you back. From Monday to Friday, call was not returned. This is a bad attitude. I called back on Friday and the receptionist that picked it can not say a simple sorry for the way my concern was treated. Then, told me you don't have an appointment for another one and a half week? That is cruel and you did not bothered by whatever the patient is going through. If you are actually a small business, I believe you need to go above and beyond for you patients. I can not recommend you for a friend because you have poor customer services.

I really enjoyed my experience here. They were very informative and professional. The eye doctor gave me additional information about my exam that I was never told before so that was really helpful. Thanks again to the entire staff.

Great experience at this eye clinic! I went in to get my prescription for glasses and contacts, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were especially patient with my “difficult eye” (lol) and went above and beyond to make sure the right contact lens was ordered so I could finally see clearly. I really appreciated the care and attention—highly recommend!

Very smooth and very friendly. They when above and beyond. Scanned both my regular glasses and my safety glasses for work and found that the axis was different in both pairs. I will def be returning here for both my kids.

Dr Dao is amazing. She is very thorough and explains everything so that you can understand how your eye recommendations will affect your daily life. Will be bringing my whole family to see her.
