Malley's Compounding Pharmacy

No one in town had a medication for my cat, but I was able to drop off his prescription and pick it up the same day. Malley’s is fantastic! They even gave me an extra top for the bottle and a syringe for application, which has been a game-changer. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even added fish flavor to his medication for us. Malley’s is a great addition to the Tri-City area!

Walking into Malley's is like walking into a family reunion. Everyone is warm and friendly. Beyond this, my husband has a wide variety of allergies and sensitivities, and the staff has tracked ingredients as far as China to make sure he doesn't have issues. We moved from Richland to Pasco, and have slowly replaced doctors and such that are closer, but they are worth the trip across the river!

unprofessional and retaliatory behaviors : I had been using this pharmacy for regular compounded prescriptions, which had always been filled without issue…. until recently, when a different prescriber from the same clinic wrote the prescription due to the usual doctor being on maternity leave. Despite there being no legal difference in the prescription, the pharmacy suddenly refused to fill it and demanded unnecessary steps that had never been required before. I requested written clarification via their texting system, but they repeatedly tried to force communication by phone instead. Only after I cited Washington State law confirming text based communication was allowed did they finally respond, and ultimately filled the prescription as originally written, confirming there was never any

Great place Small town atmosphere The thing about who you choose as a pharmacy matters. Due to laws no one tells you the patient. If filled one place cannot use another like Fred Meyer on wells cuz they will not get it or loose it cus they are lovers themselves as I called and was gracious twice. Oh well, contact your Dr for help and have the script resent or sent. Malleys is compounding and can only do so much. They try unlike fred meyer. Thanks Malley's! :)

I have never been to a more friendly pharmacy where they truly care about you and you are not just another customer but they care about your well being too! Everyone there is so nice and accepting! Huge shout out to the pharmacist Stephanie! She is the absolute best and she genuinely cares about you and takes the time to explain everything and in a way that you understand and doesn't make you feel rushed! I am so thankful that I have found my forever pharmacy and everyone should go there!
