I was incredibly impressed by everyone at Madrona — especially, of course, Dr. Gray. Since it was my first appointment, it was longer than usual. They use the most modern technology, including things I’d never heard of but that were enlightening in the resulting information. Everyone in the office engages in regular continuing education and so are familiar with all advances in dental care and industry advice. I even liked their intake forms! You do essentially a carefully-guided self-assessment; this was interesting and gave me a sense of which potential issues we might focus on in the appointment. Going to this clinic, I could definitely tell that Dr. Gray and his staff are genuinely interested in the well being of their patients. Their care is individualized to the needs of different patients. I have always felt they had time for me and were happy to answer questions and explain details about treatment plans. Kindness and caring seem hard to find these days but they share both.

My visit at Madrona Dental Clinic was awesome like usual. Michael always does a great job with the hygiene and cleaning care and Dr Gray follows it up with a great analysis and whenever he has to perform work on me it reminds me of the gentle hand that Dr Bethards used to have. When I talk to most people they dread heading to the dentist where I often times look forward to it.

Started on time and managed examination extremely well. A very experienced staff that explained each step of their thorough examination. Dr. Gray took the time explain very well any areas needing monitoring or recommended next steps for their dental health. My high recommendation to Madrona Dental Care services.

Madrona Dental Care is hands down the best dental clinic in Anacortes and beyond. After decades of dentists recommending Invisalign or braces—only for orthodontists to tell me that nothing could be done without major jaw surgery—I went to Dr. Gray hoping he could at least improve my smile/bite cosmetically.
