The front desk is confused at best. I subbmitted my insurance a month in advance I had a refferal and confirmed my insurance. Had the desk actually checked before setting up an appointment a lot of effort on my part could have neen avoided. The clearly uninterested desk person was rude at best. Dissmisive to my effort and rude all around. Shifting blame and non accountability are rampant here. time and effort wasted in every way. Do yourself a favor and pass. A hard no. Half a star at best. Nice free samples in the lobby. Candy at the counter to sweeten the disappointment. Booooooooooooo

It was refreshing not having ridiculous wait times as other places in town. I found everyone efficient, knowledable with state of the art treatments and procedures. Their patience explaining my dermotology procedures was very helpful.

Dr. Nygard made my first ever dermatology experience so comfortable, easy and painless! If you're nervous about seeing a dermatologist for the first time, I would highly recommend this office, it is definitely worth the drive from wherever you're coming from as everyone was so welcoming and Dr. Nygard was extremely professional and understanding.

He's a competent dermatologist, but I cannot recommend him because he stretched my treatment out far more than medically necessary. My new dermatologist finished the work easily in our first session. Not recommended
