I found out about Michelle through my trainer. I had pain from a lingering sciatica issue. Michelle is extremely knowledegable and from the first session with her, I felt such a difference in the lessening of my pain and increased movement. I have had 6-7 sessions in total since late July with Michelle and my sciatica has improved 100%. Michelle listens to what your concerns are and makes suggestions for avoiding further injuries/pain. I can't say enough about Michelle and her skills. She is also a wonderful person and so easy to work with! I highly recommend Michelle and Love, Joy, Peace Massage!
