Longs Drugs

The pharmacy and store staff are extremely helpful. While on vacation, we had a prescription sent here. The store was technically closed but they understood my situation and let me in to get the prescription. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and it made a huge difference for us. Things like that or what makes a store my go-to option.

Usually very efficient but they close the entire pharmacy for lunch?? No signs warning people of the closure. So, if you only have a limited time and are on the bus, it can be tricky! It’s not even on the website

Went to Longs at about 1030 this morning. Was going to fill out the survey they texted me but accidentally deleted it. I wish I could get it back. What a disappointing experience. I could count on one hand how many customers were in store BUT when I went to the register there were two employees talking story. I put my 4 items in the register belt. They looked at me and just continued the conversation. Another employee went to the self check and asked if was open. They said yes and he scanned his item and left. Then instead of checking me out they just continued their conversation! Worst customer service ever. In fact you couldn’t even call it that! There was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ended up grabbing my items and checking myself out! I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down at all!

Long's (CVS) in Kapolei is the best. This store is always well-stocked with a very caring staff! Ginny in the pharmacy area is most helpful!

Geez whomever is in charge of the self help over the phone options needs to relieve of duty. That was pain in the ass. Worst options ever. Talk about a wasted 20 minutes. Yes 20 minutes and still never got to speak with the pharmacy. Good Lord I just wanna pick up my meds. Seems it's always something with this Long's. They need to get it together.
