Dental World Kapolei

I had a great experience at Dental World Kapolei. Dr. Q was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and well organized. I truly felt cared for during my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Q and the team at Dental World Kapolei. Normally I would never drive from Kaneohe to Kapolei but Dr. Q and Ilah are both worth the drive. I always leave very happy. 😃

Everyone was just so welcoming and amazing. I got there and went right in to start my appointment. I’m so glad that Dr. Ing is back with the practice, that was the best part of my visit. He’s so amazing and thoroughly explains everything to me. Courtney the hygienist was also super sweet and explained everything to me that was going on. This place makes me feel so much better about visiting the dentist.

I want to send a big mahalo to Dr. Jaicks, Dr. Ing, and the whole team for their support and kindness during my dental treatments. Having a history of dental trauma and being hesitant about going to the dentist, they have made me feel comfortable and well-informed each and every visit. I’ve been coming to this dentist office for 8 years, and I absolutely love the staff here. The front desk team is always friendly, quick with check-in, and I never have a long wait before being called in. The hygienist is kind, professional, and even gives me helpful tips on how to take care of my teeth at home—including recommendations for electric toothbrushes. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jaicks. He’s wonderful to talk to and always takes great care of me and my dental needs. I got new dentures about six months ago, and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend this office for any dental work. Even though I’ve moved to Central Oahu, I will definitely be coming back for my future visits.

I’m so glad Dr. Ing is back he’s very efficient and perform a very thorough check up and that is what matters as an awesome Dentist. He doesn’t fix something that doesn’t need fixing he just do what needs attention now and that is so awesome. Mahalo Dr. Ing we needed you back🙌🏻🤙
