All Access Ortho

I have OA & randomly walked in to see if they could help alleviate the pain (level 8) in my left knee. The staff assisted me on the spot. Lucky for ME my insurance was accepted. I was given a shot in the offending knee & came back again for the right. I had questions about my care, so the office assistant sent my care professional a message to call me and she did. We spoke via mobile phone and she invited me to come in on Easter for a shot. I was truly surprised that the office would be open on an Easter Sunday but that just shows their commitment to quality care in Kapolei. They are NOW my go to for any and all injuries associated with this 68 year old body. All Access has many offices on O'ahu when in NEED ,walk into any office and receive quality care just like I did. Walked in yesterday and had excellent service! Annalise (not sure how it’s spelled) was extremely kind, knowledgeable and personable. The gentleman at the front desk was also kind and courteous. Dena the radiologist was also very professional and caring. Thank you for taking such great care of me! It is greatly appreciated.

I was referred by a neighbor who mentioned that All Access Orthopedic Kapolei took walk-in patients and no appointments was needed. I was quite happy with the professionalism of the staff and doctor. They were all pleasant to deal with and made me feel comfortable. Once I entered the office I was greeted and given forms to fill out. After I completed the forms I was called in to take x-rays and then consultation with the Doctor. It was quick easy and painless. I found my goto Orthopedic office when ever I need one! I highly recommend All Access Orthopedic Kapolei!

All Access Orthopedic is a highly professional orthopedic center. I was being proactive in finding a qualified orthopedic center that would accept my insurance. They have multiple locations but the Kapolei location was an impulsive stop. They have a full time x-ray tech eliminating the need to go to an imaging center.I lucked out and was assigned Kendra K who is extremely knowledgeable and knows her occupation. I required artificial meniscus gel injections in both knees & a cortisone shot in my left index finger,she used a cryo spray before the injection to lessen the pain and trauma . The office is slightly high tech in it's appearance and features a flat screen t.v for guests to watch while waiting for their appointment. I highly recommend ALL ACCESS ORTHOPEDIC especially the Kapolei loc

They are kind, courteous & professional at All Access Orthopedics in Kapolei. They answer all the question's I have concerning my medical needs.. I highly recommend them!!
