Adventist Health Castle Urgent Care

Today’s visit was a great experience. I called in asked a couple questions and received accurate information then headed to the location. Upon arriving, the waiting area was clean and roomy. Not too much people waiting, whew. The receptionist was great with registering and gave clear and concise answers. Once I completed my registration via link, everything was seamless. The wait wasn’t bad at all and the staff was pleasant and nice. Doctor came in and was in/out less than 30 minutes or so. I recommend coming here because you won’t regret it

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I always have a great experience when I visit this location. I went late on a weekend and was one of their last patients. They didn’t rush me and was patient to treat me and my symptoms. Recommend coming here if you need to visit an Urgent Care.

The receptionist was very nice and move things right along up front. The doctor although he had a full office was still able to see me in a timely manner . The nurses in the back were very nice and everybody seemed to care about me and try to help figure out what was going on with me. I would certainly refer Adventist Health Castle Urgent Care to Doctor‘s office to anyone that was looking for a good top-notch walk-in clinic.

This urgent care Was amazing. The staff was very welcoming very knowledgeable very kind and caring. I recommend this urgent care to any and everyone. I was there for a pre-screening for employment. I was out within an hour, and I felt like that was good timing despite the patients that they had in the waiting area we did not wait long at all. Thanks for the caregiving you give to all the patients that come through your doors.

Fast service today. The Medical Assistant was wonderful, full of compassion, empathy, and connection. I recommend customer service, positive patient engagement, and HIPAA re-training for the front desk staff. The doctor was quick, addressed my concern, but appeared to be in a rush and lacked patient empathy and care.
