Leong Family Dental Kapolei

First time here today and I am just so happy I chose this place. I neglected my oral health for over 3 years and was very nervous about my check up. The dental assistant was so friendly and comforted me because I was feeling really guilty about not keeping up with my check ups. She did my x-ray and cleaning and the dentist came, I think her name was Dr. K? Such a sweet lady. I recommend coming here for your dental needs.

I just experienced great frustration with this dental office. They weren’t clear when giving instructions about the procedures they would perform after the visit. I was supposed to get a bridge but didn’t expect that it would take almost a month to complete. I understand that waiting a bit is reasonable, especially after a tooth extraction, but a two-week wait feels excessive, particularly when the extraction site appears fully healed. Unfortunately, the dentist didn’t explain the process well. I was only told to return in two weeks to have the bridge placed. However, when I came back, it was just for another round of anesthesia and a bridge scanning appointment—not the actual placement of the bridge. I was incredibly upset because I expected to have the bridge put on that day, but that w

I’ve never seen such a wonderful dentist before. I always had problems with dentist. But I can honestly say my experience with Leong dental is the best. I finally found good dentist.

Beyond grateful for Dr. Leong and his entire staff for accommodating me during my dental emergency. His staff was so nice which helped to set the tone of the appointment. Dr. Leong is no different than his staff. He came in genuinely wanting to help and provide a solution. Overall such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Leong Family Dental Kapolei to anyone seeking a new dental practice in the area.

I absolutely love this Dental Facility. The staff are so sweet and understanding. Parking behind the building is a plus and I love that they have Saturday availability.
