Long Pond Pediatrics, LLP

We changed to this pediatric office when we were losing confidence at another one in the area. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From the Drs themselves to the nurses to the front office staff. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. The Drs and nurses truly care about each patient and even remember siblings. In my opinion, they are the best around!

I have been a part of this practice for over 30 years. First as a patient and now as a parent. The care that I was given every time I walked into the office was nothing short of compassionate and caring. As a parent with my new babies I never felt rushed or like my concerns weren’t being heard. In fact just the opposite, the providers were able to help me understand every choice and concern and how to treat it. I will recommend this office every time I am asked and am so grateful for all the staff! Thank you for all the years of care!

We had been going here for 13 years, but in our experience over the last 5 years I felt the office steadily declined. The staff's approach felt overly harsh and created an environment of fear rather than support. Our Dr.'s lack of sensitivity to my child reinforced my decision to seek care elsewhere, as it’s crucial for a doctor's office to cultivate a compassionate atmosphere. Very saddened by how our time here ended as I had very good experiences until more recently. I excused it at first, I understand there are bad days, but once it became a pattern, I had to seek care for my child elsewhere.

I've been apart of long pond for a few years now and it wasn't up until recently I started having issues with reception and its always the same person. I've complained to management, they addressed it however I still receive the worst customer service possible. The receptionists whole demeanor changes when I give date of birth for my child. The lady is very short, matter of fact attitude, talks to me like im a child, etc. We love our doctor so its very unfortunate that this woman goes out of her way to be rude to us. Maybe she should explore job opportunities at the DMV.

Our daughter was not expected to live at birth and we felt helpless. This team, Dr. O’Brien, were constantly contacting us for support and acknowledgement for all our daughters updates. We definitely did not feel alone. It is almost 9 years later and our little survivor is beyond thriving as a big sis and top-of-the-class smartie! We wouldn’t choose anyone else to watch over our girls.
