I had been experiencing a lot of neck pain recently so my wife booked an appointment for me here on a Friday at 9am. I showed up early and even waited 20 minutes in the parking lot and no one ever showed up, all doors locked. I was the only car. Neither me nor my wife ever received a phone call or notification of the appointment being canceled, it's been a couple weeks now and we still haven't heard anything. Certainly a poor first impression
