Limitless Physical Therapy Specialists - Brighton

I am no stranger to going to physical therapy, and Limitless is IMO the best practice in Rochester. Every employee and practitioner at the Brighton office is friendly and caring, and most of them know me by name and ask me how I'm doing even though I'm not their patient! My therapist, Pat, is extremely knowledgeable, relentlessly positive, and quick to pivot if an approach isn't working. I originally came to Limitless for help with an elbow injury and with Pat's help, my elbow feels great and my arm is stronger than ever. I am now in rehab after ACL surgery and I know that Pat will help me get back to my athletic hobbies. I have and will continue to recommend this practice to my friends.

My experience at limitless physical therapy was great. I am a collegiate cross country and track and field athlete and struggled with a hamstring injury for many months. Dr. Mitch provided great care and helped me get back into running and lifting pain free. He understood my goals and gave me exercises and plans to help me achieve them, while consistently checking in and changing things as needed. I am stronger now and much more confident going into my indoor track season! I would recommend limitless to any athletes battling injuries.

Dr. Casey Randall and Dr. Arissa Kyler of Limitless Physical Therapy guide, teach and challenge and give a high level of confidence and strength.
