I had a very disappointing experience. The salesperson was extremely rude and dismissive. On top of that, they made a serious mistake with my order. I clearly needed double vision lenses, but they ordered single vision instead. When I pointed out the error, they claimed that I told them to make it “the same as before.” That makes no sense, because I provided a new prescription, and the prescription clearly indicates a different requirement. There is no logical reason for me to ask for the old lenses when the prescription had changed. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing for the mistake, the salesperson responded with an attitude of “it is what it is,” which is completely unprofessional. I expected accountability, respect, and at the very least an apology. Unfortunately, none

I must say theyre amazing here ive been so thankful for Dr Sabrina Ahmed ! They got me seen same day for my issue and helped me so much ! The front desk young woman was so nice and helpful. Dr Ahmed checked me out and diagnosed me quickly . Thankkyou ! Id fully recommend them here !

Had a pair of reading glasses break and they were most needed to finish my taxes and these guys went the EXTRA mile to make a call directly to the factory to see if they had an identical frame to use the existing lenses from the broken frames so I could have glasses again ASAP! They were able to make this miracle happen with a 3 day turn around when I was originally told it would take 4-8 days. I am most thankful and appreciative. GREAT people and service, I'd highly recommend them for your optical needs!

I’ve been going to Lilac Vision Care for almost 6 years. Up until recently, I never had issues with my eyes and only went annually for my exam. However, a couple of months ago I (all of a sudden) had an eye problem. I was able to get in very quickly for an urgent appointment. Both Dr. Fine and Dr. Ahmed are incredibly kind and compassionate doctors. They listened and cared about my issue. Dr. Fine returned my calls very promptly. I ended up eventually going to a specialist for this issue, but I will continue seeing Dr. Fine and Dr. Ahmed for my exams. The staff is also friendly and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend!

I have been there for only about 4 times and got two pairs of expensive eyeglasses ($400~500+) due to my high prescription. I appreciated that they took the time to perform my eye examination and listened to my needs. Unfortunately, the eyeglasses I brought from their store don’t fit me. One is too small, and the other is heavy (30g) with a prescription that is not for a 20/20 vision. I am not sure if the optician in their store is licensed/certified or not. I also detected some inconsistencies in their descriptions regarding eyeglasses-related issues and return policy. Although I returned within a week, there is no exchange/refund option available for me. Overall, Dr. Sabrina is very patient, and the one who took me to do the eye check is very nice.
