Life Care Center of Leominster

Months later, I want to share appreciation for the staff of Life Care Center Leominster for taking such good care of my mom throughout a few stays there, including her very last with her last breaths of life. She especially commented that the staff of physical therapy and a physical therapy dog made her happy and helped her to continue on as best she could through her last year of life. And I especially want to thank the one male nurse who I met…I think his name may have been Nick…who offered the truly most compassionate care on my mom’s last day and after her passing there in April 2025. I wish you all well…I wish you love…and I hope you take very good care of yourselves.

This was my first visit there to see a terminally I'll relative. Such a nice good vibe place for visitors, staff and the patients. There was a a bake sale going on and it was a very busy place, but a check-in station made everything easy to navigate. The patient had a great window view in a very nice well lit and clean room. I felt like he was being well cared for. Thanks to all who operate this facility and care so much for patients in need.

Friendly and professional staff. Although food is a tough one due to one's love for home cooking the meals looked very good. Met some of the activities and rehab staff and impressed with their attitude. It's a tough business but those we met should be honored and like their job.

This is the second time my mother has been brought here for rehab. The first time we didn't know anything about Life Care Center of Leominster. The second time we specifically asked for her to be treated there! The first experience was so great for my mother this was the only place I wanted her for rehab. The staff is caring and kind. Not only for the residents, but for us visiting as well.

Visiting my brother, I found that it was very inviting the people that work there were very nice. Rooms were very clean, and well kept. I definitely feel he is in a good place, and the physical therapy he’s getting is been great.
