Service: 10/10 Very good service, on the phone and in person. Cleanliness: 7/10 Mostly clean but make sure to dust older products that don't sell as fast. They won't sell at all if they're dirty Staff: 10/10 I went to get a yellow fever vaccine for overseas travel and dealt with Chuck. Very nice, professional and answered all my questions. Atmosphere: 6/10 Personally anything to do with the medical industry makes me skittish and nervous so it is what it is. I will say that the staff really put my mind at ease Busy: 7/10 Steady traffic but not exactly crowded Value: 5/10 Stuff on the shelves is way overpriced. For example, I'm not paying $40 for a teddy bear. It really depends on what you're looking for, but I'd rather shop around online. Overall: 9/10 This is a nice place and helpful

I was visiting Lexington for a few days, and when I arrived I realized I had left behind a component part to a DME machine I require. I called around town and Lexington Prescription Center had the part i needed. Friendly, professional and quick to help - exactly what I needed after hours driving to town and to get the DME to work as required. I was absolutely thrilled with my entire experience at this place.

Very caring staff. I was in there 2 weeks ago for medication for a loved one who was dying. They took time to help me, and the pharmacist even hugged as I stood there in tears while the prescription was prepared. They could see my emotional face and did everything to comfort me.

They seem like a cute and "old fashion" pharmacy that will work with you, and your insurance when you first walk in. They have all these cute old fashion toys and chocolates that seem heartwarming. Then when it comes to actually filling your prescription, they become completely incompetent and useless. They always bill your old/canceled insurance. They tell you that if you want your current insurance to cover it, you have to call them to make them your "primary" insurance. After wasting 5 hours on the phone with the pharmacy, insurance company and pharmacy AGAIN, it's finally covered, ONLY to have the exact same problem next month. The sweetest people, (especially Dreama and Pam) I LOVE going through the drive through when they are working! Even though they may be busy, they always take the time to say hello and ask how you are, instead of making you feel like just another person in line...lucky to have both of these sweet ladies
