To say my experience at Hearing Life has been anything shy of exceptional would be a drastic understatement. From the flexibility, kindness, professionalism, and the accommodating nature of such short notice on my part, Hearing Life provides all one may need and there is no reason to look further.

They were all very nice and professional. They addressed all of my concerns about my situation and responded with several solutions … I felt comfortable with the results !!!

Excellent and knowledgeable hearing aid specialists. I have been seen by the office in Lexington, and Fishersville, VA for 20+ years. I am a 76 year old retired physician. I have “grown through” about 5 sets of hearing aids over those years as my hearing has gradually declined. New technology has come along about every 5 years which has picked up where the prior technology was failing. Just getting the “best” brand does not insure the best results. The licensed hearing instrument specialists (H.I.S.) at Hearing Life have always exceeded my expectations when they “tune” my hearing aids to match up with my particular hearing loss (currently rated as moderate to severe). Office was open n welcome me to hearing life. Asked several questions about the new hearing aids that was tested on me last month of two ago. Asked Abt what programs they have to assist me since wasn't able to help me thru UHC Medicare advantage. She offer me on share care n care credit n got my credit limit increased to get that aids. Went over everything Abt the aid since I have Sevier hearing loss n 10-1 would be the one that would help me the best. I agreed with her n will do ear mold like my other aids that I got there Abt 7 yrs ago. Very professional business like n answer all my questions. Thanks for helping me to get the aids I needed.
