Kroger Pharmacy

Even if you make a flu shot appointment they’ll still make you wait 20 minutes past the scheduled time. I wouldn’t use this pharmacy but my insurance provider unfortunately switched from CVS to here.

I just switched pharmacies because the girl pharmacist with black hair an glasses that worked daylight on 10-10 23 in Lexington Va was very rude to me when I picked up my medicine. I’m 60 years old I am nice to everyone there. But this pharmacist keeps insinuating things about me which so has no clue about my pain or my background! She has lied on me to my face which I called her out on in front of people. She should be removed or fired! This is the second time she has accused me of things an like I said she doesn’t know ANYTHING about me. I’m done with Kroger all together an so is my family!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Called to ensure that I didn’t need an appointment and was assured that I didn’t. Showed up and was RUDELY told I had no idea what I was talking about, questioned when I called and who I talked to because apparently I was lying, and then was refused assistance even though I was assured I would be helped. Will never go here again. Staff was so incredibly rude.

I changed to Kroger Pharmacy from years at CVS in Richmond & then CVS in Lexington, Va. What a difference coming to Kroger Pharmacy!! Very pleased with the friendly staff & prompt service!!!!

THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. And when they do, they're helpful. They go the extra mile to help you out. I've switched pharmacies because THESE folks are GOOD.
