Lesch & Lesch Family Dentistry

Awful, deceitful, dentist office. I recently got new dental insurance. Before I chose a plan, I called the office asking if they accepted this particular insurance. They said yes over the phone, when I went in for a cleaning and X-Rays, I asked before X-rays if this was all covered. Again, “Yes.” Now I received a bill for $210 because they are “out of network.” Apparently I asked the wrong question. Anyone who works in good faith would know why a customer would ask that question. No one wants to pay out of pocket for X-Rays they don’t need. Apparently, I need to take insurance classes before getting my teeth cleaned. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. Stay away!

Insert name of any Dentist office “here”. Would be a better choice than going to this place. The dentist I was seeing for 30-years sold to these guys. Prices tripled, wait times tripled, and they can’t take hearing that or they will toss you as a client. WORST business I’ve ever done anything with… they make Spectrum look good!

So the Dr.s Elkovitch's practice sells their practice to this practice. I call this office to get my dental records and impressions sent to my new dentist and am told many of patients records and other items got wet and moldy. As a result, it had to be shredded and destroyed. You've got to be kidding me. What a negligent way to treat patients records. Mind blowing.

Went to them for years, literally YEARS! About 20. Got my front tooth taken out, they replaced it with a cheap tooth that turned blue from toothpaste , that now doesn’t match the rest of the teeth in my mouth. got multiple root canals, crowns, like others say they were poorly made and cracked and came off (almost every single one). I did miss two appointments, but let me just say i would NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone. They suck, like bad.

Dr. Bortle had pulled the wrong tooth and I was naturally not happy. My last doctor who retired, said my crown needed to replaced. Dr. Bortle agreed but pulled a "healthy" tooth and gave me a poor fitting crown that last one week. Dr. Lesch fixed it tough and everything was fine. I paid my bill, but an ego was slighted. They decided to drop me as a patient. I became a risk. A liability. Very unprofessional, irresponsible and petty. I do not recommend this place and if you are currently a patient, dare not complain.
