Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. After a short wait, I met the equally friendly Dr. She took me to an exam room, asked some questions, and then explained the testing to me in detail. The hearing test was so much more inclusive than previous hearing tests I have had. She explained the tests every step of the way and made me feel extremely comfortable. After testing was complete, the Dr. explained the results and offered several options for hearing aids. There was no pressure on me, and the most expensive was not pushed. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend Finger Lakes Hearing Center in Auburn to anyone dealing with hearing issues.

My Mom has had a wonderful experience at the FingerLakes Hearing Center. Everyone was so helpful in getting my Mom fitted for her hearing aids. They follow up with how she is doing again so appreciative. My brother has been bringing her and they both said the staff is so friendly and excited to help people get back to living their lives not missing out on what’s being said. ❤️ Moms so happy to finally be able to hear and be involved in conversations.
