Fingerlakes Smiles: Robert Bialko DMD

Excellent Dentist. Listens to you, and is very friendly and personable. I always appreciate his no nonsense style of dentistry and customer service. Found his office after a bad experience at another office and never looked back once I found it. The dentist, and the staff are kind, patient, and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about their patients and the field of dentistry. Speaking of staff, one of their finest is "Scooby", and its always a delight to get to see him.

I recently started seeing Dr. Bialco, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best dentists I’ve ever met! He’s funny, easy to talk to, and will definitely make you smile (literally and figuratively). I’ve always had a huge fear of dental work because of past experiences, but Dr. Bialco completely changed that for me. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, and has a great sense of humor that really helps you relax. He makes each appointment as comfortable and seamless as possible. All jokes aside, he’s truly fabulous at what he does. I couldn’t recommend this dentist more — by far the best office I’ve ever been to!

The dentist office is in what looks to be the downstairs of a house. They have parking out back. Upon entering it is the door to the left. My son loves going here to get his teeth cleaned. They have a friendly dog named Scooby. He keeps us entertained in the waiting area . Dr.Bialko is good with kids he jokes around with them.Overall I definitely recommend this place. We have never had to wait more than tenish minutes before we are called in to see the dentist. It also never seems to be overly crowded which is nice.

Tried to sell me an expensive procedure that wasn't really necessary. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Very pushy and argumentative. Will find a different dentist.

Very pleased with the care I was given. Dr Bialko talked with me and advised me on the next step of my dental plan.
