WellNow Urgent Care

My daughter complained about her ear hurting. I took her to the urgent care and they got us right in. The doctor was friendly and caring about my daughter’s illness. She wrote her a script for an antibiotic and sent it right over to our pharmacy. We were in and out of there quickly and the care my daughter received was awesome.

Went in for a cough that after 3 weeks wouldn't go away. The physician assistant Bader Masoud was 100% concerned on what I was dealing with. Not what others are and just saying "it's going around". That is refreshing, especially because I don't get sick and I had done the virtual WellNow a week earlier and the meds only helped some. He prescribed another med, gave strick instructions if it doesn't stop. Plus told me to call him with Any concerns. TY Vicki

I was seen in a timely manner based on my appointment. There wasn't a doctor on board that day so I had to do a virtual. The PA that saw me virtually was extremely nice and confirmed my suspicion of illness, and addressed it accordingly. She took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had.

Reception very friendly and professional. Handled queue of patients in a timely manner. PA was courteous, friendly and professional. Provided reassurance and quick recommendation for next step.

Every time I go here it's appointment only. So I make an appointment and I still have to wait long after my appointment time. Don't advertise it's a walk in clinic if you aren't a walk in clinic. This time the front desk lady gave attitude to multiple people who simply asked what the wait time was. She told them there's another urgent care down the road and to go there instead. When I walked out the only doctor who was there was outside behind the building on his phone.
