From the very first appointment, he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Loi is awesome. I was nervous going in when my implant failed, but he made me feel very comfortable during the procedure to remove it. He very clearly explained what would happen. He even called me the same night to see how I was doing. I highly recommend him and the others at Simmonds, Brady and Loi. I felt like I was receiving the kind of old school service I have not had in awhile. That kind of care is rare in today’s society.

My experience with Dr. Brady has been good both times I have seen him. Once for oral surgery once for a consult and scan on my jaw. He is very thorough and very efficient. He cares about his patients. He was very patient with me when I kept asking for more local anesthesia and it worked out well. He has a very positive attitude. I recommend him and have high confidence in his skills as an oral surgeon.

Although being a dental professional myself, i found it very scary to make the step to follow through on my referral for wisdom teeth extraction. I have no history of going under general anesthesia and was anxiety ridden. Dr. Brady and his staff were extraordinary. He thoroughly explained the procedure and the post operative care. He made sure to make my first experience with general anesthesia very comfortable. I wish i could give more stars! Thanks a million to Dr.Brady!

Came here after getting a referral for wisdom teeth removal, and I’m glad I did. The environment here was friendly and professional, and Dr.Loi who did my procedure was very experienced and informative.
