I ordered my daughter’s glasses and my own today, after selecting our frames over the weekend. From the moment I walked into the store, Jay Lee greeted me warmly. After I returned from my eye exam, he guided me through the entire ordering process with patience and care, making everything feel comfortable and easy. He clearly explained the promotions available from the customer’s perspective and made sure I understood all my options. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness throughout the visit. I highly recommend this place and especially Jay to anyone looking to get new glasses.

Harveey was amazing! (i’m sorry if i misspelled). i was having a long day, and my cheap glasses from americas best decided to randomly break on me. i was already having a bad day because of it, and harveey helped me out. she helped me find a better shape of glasses that would suit my face. her personality was amazing and so friendly, it was nice to do business with someone of a similar age (i’m 23 with crippling anxiety btw lol). i ended up picking a pair harveey suggested that i totally love. 10/10 would come again!

Thank you to Team Lead Carly for very courteous service when I walked in to have a lost sunglass hinge replaced. I was in and out in 10 minutes and Carly adjusted and cleaned the glasses without charge! All with a smile. Very impressive.

The quality of their glasses is good and that is why we bough there in the past. However, the service in the last visit was terrible. Even thought there were multiple agents in the store we I waited almost 30m for service (after selecting the frame myself) and even after being approached the service was super slow. I ended up leaving without ordering glasses and that did not seem to bother them either.

The location is great, and their office is clean and nice. The people are also very nice. However, they seem to have a hard time solving simple problems. I did my test in November last year, and I've been trying to get a copy of my exam since then (it's February now). They sent me the result electronically, but their Website returns an error. It took me several days of back and forth for them to finally check the issue themselves and see the error. They then said they'll mail me the results, which I never received. I contacted them again about it, and again, they sent it electronically, and their website is still broken. They're nice people, and they respond to my messages, but somehow, nothing happens and I still don't have my results.
