I had an awesome experience! The staff there were very helpful, professional and friendly. Martha was amazing with her helping me choose my prescription sunglasses. Very patient and informative. Evan was extremely pleasant with the initial part of my eye exam. He was King at customer service. I certainly can’t leave out Dr Brad Perry. He also was very informative, professional and made me feel at ease. Even though I was just a walk in, things went smooth and seamlessly all starting with Martha.

I would like to personally thank Megan for everything she did to help me and make my experience absolutely wonderful with picking out glasses and what works for me all the way down to fully explaining everything and being informative so I would understand what I was doing to help my eye sight with my new prescription glasses she also helped me pick out my prescription sunglasses so I can enjoy myself in the warmer weather as well. 10/10 absolutely would recommend seeing Megan and the rest of the staff they all are very kind and helpful and 100% know what they are doing. So glad I made the switch to this location and the new store is awesome and clean and set up for all your needs! Thank you again Megan I truly appreciate everything.

Phenomenal Service from Eden at LensCrafters! I recently visited the LensCrafters location in Henrietta, and I had a truly fantastic experience, thanks entirely to Eden. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. I had no intention of getting a frame - I usually order online but Eden took the time to listen to my needs, answer all my questions thoroughly, and guide me through the process of selecting the perfect frames and lenses. She made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I'm thrilled with my new glasses and can't recommend Eden highly enough. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for her—she is an absolute gem and a credit to the LensCrafters team.

Met with Martha - she helped with two fittings for me and my better half - couldn’t have imagined a better, more thoughtful experience. She must have had us try on 30 - 40 frames, provided counsel and helped us get to a great fit. She was never rushed - would revisit the store and make an appointment just to see her. Just absolutely amazing experience. Couldn’t be more thankful. She is amazing with her role.

The Henrietta location is wonderful Martha was attentive to our needs, very discriptive, made sure we understood what was going on, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about her job. She came with a quality that represented lens crafters in a very strong and positive way.
