My experience at this LensCrafters was perfect! It was my first time here and Samantha greeted me kindly with a smile. She then did my preliminary eye check with ease and great guidance. Dr. Nahall Larsen, she was highly recommended by friends. I had travelled quite a distance to see her and I must say she is the best eye doctor I have ever had. She performed her exam thoroughly and explained all the information with clarity. She knew I use loupes for dentistry and understood my goals. Dean helped me find some great frames and Addie did my measurements right away. I am so impressed by this office and I highly recommend because the team had the 3 Gs......greeting, guidance and gratitude! Thank you!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters in Leominster MA. The doctor explained everything to me thoroughly and he was very easy to understand. The store had a great selection of brand named frames. I was quickly set up for glasses. They ordered my glasses and said it will take 7 to 10 days for them to come in. I received a text today stating they are in. That was 2 days. That is the fastest, I've ever receive glasses. Amazing service!

On November 26, 2025, I brought my 19yo daughter into Lenscrafters so that she could get an eye exam and I could buy bifocals and sunglasses. Everything about this experience was delightful. The optician who helped me, I didn't get her name, was friendly, authentic, and fun. We bonded over our age -- 57 -- and how we both liked bold glasses. My daughter's experience was just as good. The doctor was personable and they bonded over their interest in medicine. Not only did we achieve our goals that day, we had fun doing it and feel like we made new friends. We're looking forward to our new glasses but the highlight was our very positive experience at Lenscrafters.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Larsen today and I was so impressed. I felt like I haven't found a good eye doctor since Rita Gibson of the old Sears Optical. She was very knowledgeable and did a great job narrowing down what exactly worked for me with glasses and contacts. She let me out of the chair and had me look at a distance down the length of the mall to make sure I was comfortable with a pair of contacts. - The excellent service didn't stop there! Anne Marie did a wonderful job explaining to me how progressive lenses work and showed me the difference between a few different cost options. I picked out a pair of Ray Bans and I am very excited to get my new glasses soon!

Joseph provided excellent suggestions and a candid opinion regarding my eyewear. He made me feel confident in my purchase, assuring me that I was acquiring what I needed without any pressure to buy additional items, which I greatly appreciate. Lens Crafters will continue to receive my patronage.
