Bernard was excellent! I came in with the intent on upgrading my very old frames to my new prescription. Bernard was able to provide me with an even better option of option of purchasing entirely new designer frames and lenses (progressive lenses) for less than I would have paid for just lenses. He was fantastic, kind and hilarious. I look forward to purchasing again with Bernard.

I've been using this LensCrafters since before the move to the One Loudoun location and have been consistently satisfied with the service. The customer service has always been great. I've had multiple payment options available to me and they help identify the most cost-effective. They have explained the different lens options, are always able to answer my questions, and offer sound advice. As of my latest visit, the staff was very pleasant to work with and do really appear to want you to walk out as a happy customer. The products have always met my needs.

I have been going to this LensCrafters for over a decade since they were in Dulles Mall and they have always been excellent in both service and selection. In terms of service, Bernard is the definition of excellence. He is polite, refined, patient and incredibly efficient. He helped me choose the most gorgeous Prada eyeglasses that fit my face perfectly and he made the entire insurance process completely seamless. Bernard consistently goes above and beyond for his customers and it shows in every interaction. If you visit this LensCrafters you should absolutely ask for him. His professionalism taste and attention to detail are unmatched.

Bernard was so amazing in assisting me with my purchase! He was so helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. As I was browsing for some frames, there was a couple being extremely rude to him for no reason (he was just answering their questions about the discounts the store offered) and I was about to step in but he handled the situation with such grace and respect. His patience was impressive and he was so professional. Sometimes the customers aren’t always right and this was one of those situations! But, anyways I love coming here, all the staff members are so nice and friendly! The team really takes the time to get to know their customers and make them feel welcome. Lens Crafters y’all better give this team a raise, they’re great!!

Jessica (Asst Mgr) was wonderful! She was professional, kind, took her time to make sure to answer all our questions and was fantastic with our young daughter who was getting her first psir of glasses. (They have a ood selection of glasses for kids). Jessica is great with kids, and put my daughter at ease, while making her feel special during the whole process. We came back to see her with my other daughter also! Thank you for your fantastic service, Jessica!
