Legacy Vision Center: Rude. Disgustingly unprofessional . Total waste of time. Update: Your response just proves my point. You treated a developmentally disabled teenager like garbage. No worries, we saw his regular eye doc last week and it was a wonderful appt from start to finish. What happened that day was a YOU problem, not my special needs sons. Maybe take a class or watch a youtube video about how to treat developmentally disabled persons like human beings.

Thank you Dr. Jason Moore for the eye exam I received today! Because of your knowledge and care , my eye exam was not like I have had in the past with other optometrists who really don't care if you are in pain during the exam. Until today I just figured that all Optometrists were uncaring and just rushed through the exam. Not true !!!! Dr. Jason Moore is one of a kind, who listens to your concerns and explains thoroughly what your eyes look like. Especially , if like me, you have catatacs and you had no idea why your two eyes were not alike. Dr. Moore took the time to make sure the bright light he had to shine in my eyes wasn't too uncomfortable! If you don't know English, don't waste your time, they will deny you service. Even if a family member wants to be your interpreter, they will force you to be there in person because they don't accept over the phone and cancel on you, when the interpreter service can be accepted by camera, phone, etc.

Staff was extremely rude as well was the optometrist .Poor customer service I will take my grandmother else were we are treated kindly and she can be seen with respect.
