As always Lauren Williams and her staff exceed my expectations. They actually listen to what you say and my prescription has been right the first time every time. The contacts were fast to come in. Devin and the other front office staff are very helpful.

This review is based on the receptionists service not the doctor specifically. My husband and I had been going to the Carolina Vision Associates in Sanford NC for the past 2-3 years. Our primary insurance has remained the same. We got a call from the receptionist telling us that we "need" to call our insurance and verify what insurance we have. When I attempted to tell the receptionist what we had, she said it was not coming up on her system. Needless to say, she was rude and apparently lazy. I did call our insurance company and double checked on the website, we are covered and they are listed as providers. It is truly incredable when we have to do their job for them. I will try to get our records from them but I expect more push back from them. I tried to speak to her supervisor b

The receptionists at Triangle Visions were the greatest. They were truly friendly and very helpful to me in getting my eye exam. After asking questions they explained to me any services that I was receiving. Kudos to the staff there!!!

Entire staff was very professional but very friendly. Dr. Lauren is fantastic and explains things so clearly. Top notch from entry to exit!! Will recommend Triangle Visions in Sanford to others.
