No one ever answers the phone and if someone actually answers it they transfer you to the nurses line where you're on hold for over an hour. My son has tried getting a hold of someone there and wastes his whe lunch hour on his. I've been on hold to upward of 82 minutes and 54 minutes. Then if you actually talk to someone they say they'll call back but they never do so you have to start the whole process over again the next day. It's absolutely ridiculous! I'd give them no stars if I could

Have been trying to call them for 3 days but just end up wasting my whole lunch break on hold

They never answer their phones. I’ve been trying to call and will be on hold for over 30 minutes. I’m at work and will use up my breaks to try and get through.

trying to get ahold of anyone at this office is a joke. I was on hold for an hour and a half trying to reach anyone there before i gave up!!!!
