Lakeside Family Optometry

Today, I had a follow-up eye exam with Dr. Teresa Vu at Lakeside Family Optometry in Lake Elsinore, and it was an excellent experience. My first visit a couple of years ago with her was fantastic, and this return visit was to check the condition of my eyes. Dr. Vu was incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive. She explained everything as she conducted the exam, making sure I understood every step. Her staff was equally wonderful—friendly and warm. I felt truly cared for, not rushed, and like I had all the time I needed to ask questions and make informed decisions. There was no pressure to order anything, which I appreciated. I have been using them for about 6 years now I think, and have been good to me and my wife, I only wish they were still opened on Saturdays so I can pick my glasses up as I work all week long. But outside of that the have been great and helpful

I had a fantastic experience at this optometrist office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. To top it off, I accidentally broke my glasses, and they went above and beyond by fixing them for me—free of charge! It's rare to find such great customer service, and I'm so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Great service , fast service, and clean office. I was in n out and they said my glasses would be ready in 7-10 weeks which was a long time but to my surprise they were ready in about a week and a half! Their selection for Medical was awesome!

We have been customers for decades and the staff and doctors have always been pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Additionally, they have always shown patience with me and because of this I highly recommend them to those with children or adults with special needs.
