Costco Pharmacy

Ali Omar is a excellent Pharmacist. He knows I am a poor Disabled Senior yet he always makes me feel like I matter. He is also Kind. Ali thank you for your patience with me for over 20 years.

Costco has never let us down with our regular shopping... but this pharmacy has frustrated our family for the last time. They’ve had issues with my Tricare in the past which caused me to pay out of pocket. It’s not a huge deal but the process of applying for a refund is lengthy and not fun. What really irritated me is my daughter needed a prescription. I was told they would have it the following day. I went in the following day and they hadn’t even ordered it. Then I physically talked to someone when I needed a refill to confirm they WOULD have the product the following day, the pharmacy didn’t have it AGAIN. I called yesterday because my daughter needed a new prescription. They confirmed this prescription would be ready today. Once again we go in and they had not even ORDERED IT. I would

The pharmacists and employees at this location go above and beyond for me. I couldn't be happier with any other location thwn this one

The pharmacy staff is always very friendly and patient every time I come in. They're always working quickly and I'm always out of there with my prescription in 5-10 minutes. They also can send you text notifications when your refills are ready.

Worst costco to go to , they took 1hour to make a large hawian pizza. I have the recipe and everything 11-29-2024 . They need to do better.
