I would recommend hiring someone with good customer service to answer the phone from now on. I would love to continue supporting a small business, but due to Candys attitude, I will be switching to Walgreens pharmacy now.
I'm so disappointed that I did not switch to Gen RX years ago! The best customer service, So very friendly and nice to have a pharmacy and people that speak to you like a person and listen to you and understand and care, and not blow you off..so refreshing in today's climate... if your looking for a new pharmacy this is the place! Nearly lost my eye due to their buffoonery. Don't trust these people with your medications, they will attempt to sell you something else just to make a dollar. *No. This wasnt in another state. Patients have a right to know what happens here.
Great friendly people, and they deliver my prescriptions since I don't drive or have means to pick them up. I'm glad I switched from the large Corporate pharmacies to Gen RX Pharmacy.
