I'm extremely disappointed with the poor quality care and terrible customer service I received. Despite reading concerning reviews, I gave this place a chance, but unfortunately, they failed to meet my expectations. As a parent of a toddler with level 3 autism, I was shocked by their lack of understanding and accommodations for children with autism. The staff seemed overwhelmed and treated my child as a burden. To make matters worse, we were made to wait outside despite arriving 10 minutes early for our appointment, and their lunch break schedule seemed inconsistent. Their voice message machine states their on lunch from 1-2 pm and our appointment was at 1 pm. We arrived at 12:50pm. We had to stand outside in 101 degree heat. I have been going to A Tooth Fairy Dental since I was a little baby. Since then and 13 years later I and my mom have never experienced anything bad like the other reviews. Though I would say it’s hard to get a quick appointment since they have so many clients. The staff are always kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their kid here.

So unfortunate to be writing a bad review on Tooth Fairy manager for her unprofessionalism services, unnecessary actions, and not knowing how to diffuse a situation. Never saw the dentist, I was set up and framed by her actions. And my foster kids receiving poor services. I do not recommend Tooth Fairy.

They refused to give me an appointment because I told then I would try to book him elsewhere because I couldn't take him out of school. When I called the receptionist oh so proudly read me the negative note the previous person had wrote about me. The manager called me that same day but only left a partial message. She didn't get to the point of the call.

I’ve been taking my son here for a few years. I’ve absolutely loved this place, until my last experience and will not go back. The dentist was extremely pushy on a procedure and when I declined he brought in another extremely pushy scheduler and walked me back to the computer to try and force an appointment out of me. If my son wasn’t still set up in the chair I would have walked out right then and there. When I left I asked for the estimate and the procedure he was trying to push on me was $1,200!!! It was a completely different experience than I have ever had there. The forcing and cornering was such a turn off I’m taking my business elsewhere.
