Accelerated Urgent Care

Hubby needed urgent care, on Saturday afternoon. To our surprise it was easy to make same day appointment online. We then called to confirm appointment, and we not only got through, but spoke with a pleasant and knowledgeable person answering our questions. As we walked into a noticeable clean clinic, we were greeted warmly and office staff got us registered quickly. On time, we were called back to treatment room and excellent care was given by their nurse practitioner and medical assistant. We were very pleased and grateful for their care. 5 stars indeed.

Clean facility, staff very efficient and friendly. Was seen within minutes and saw the doctor right away, needed X-rays the technician came within a couple of minutes. The only wait which wasn’t long was for the X-rays to be read and the doctor came in immediately to tell us what they found. He quickly put a splint on my wrist. In all it was a great experience.

After my children begged me not to do any more labor and let the The concrete guys frame up for the concrete I thought I’d just do one corner and crushed my finger with a nice 15 pound sledgehammer nothing broken no stitches a great glue job and very quick and compassionate. I highly recommend this one. There’s a whole bunch within driving distance around the Canyon Lake area. I suggest this one it’s huge number one. It’s got lots of places to spread out because of the sick people that go to an urgent care. I don’t want to breathe their air. I can’t remember the gal‘s name at the front desk, but she was fabulous on a Sunday trying to verify my insurance, which seems to be the new challenge of the century—-dialing the number and talking to the person on the other end of the card is not goo

Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Clinic is clean, organized and well run. Doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with . This was my first visit and I was very impressed with how easy it was from start to finish. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

This has been our go to urgent care since moving out here 4 years ago. We love how easy the online system is to make an appointment and they see us right away. Even on days where we just show up the wait is expected to be long but we are seen in a timely manner. All the doctors we have seen have been amazing and kind. The facility is always kept clean and smelling nice. We truly recommend this location for urgent care.
