Very prompt appointment time. Ashleigh explained all that was going to take place with additional explanation where needed. Very comfortable office setting. I had been fitted with hearing aids a couple years ago, locally, but has been having issues on and off with no solution. Ashleigh really handled the problem and really helped me explore what additional features available to help solve my issues. Great customer service when needed most. Thank you!! Overall 5-star

Audiology appt was good, staff was friendly. Very disappointed with the wait time, over 2 1/2 hours, to see the doctor. They did tell me he was running about an hour late, but the wait time was unacceptable. If it hadn't taken me over 2 months to get in I probably would have canceled and left.
