Lake Eye Associates - Lady Lake

I LOVE Lake Eye Associates! No matter which of three locations I've been to, I've always gotten the best of care and treatment. I recently saw Dr. Vasquez at the Sharon Morris location for the first time. Wonderful doctor, highly recommend him! Everyone in his office is top notch and they all helped make my visit absolutely fantastic! His technician, Adam DeLuna, was AMAZING! Not only was he excellent in his job, he also taught me several very helpful and important things I did not know. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and personable Adam is. The front staff was very pleasant and the person that checked my eyes was very professional and pleasant at the same time. The Dr was very helpful and explained everything to me and made sure I understood, They di not rush me and made me feel very comfortable I will refer friends and family to this office.

My first visit to Eye World Lady Lake and I worked with Julia to pick out new eye glasses. Julia was quite knowledgeable regarding my eye insurance, personable and helpful. I ordered 2 pair of glasses, happy with my choices and all the help. I look forward to picking up my glasses within 10 days.

Staff are pleasant & professional. But trying to make the appointment online was a fiasco, not user friendly, nor intuitive. Once I made the appointment (via phone call, not easy) they later changed the date & time to earlier. I had to fill out all the forms online prior to the date. Then the appointment took almost 2hrs. Most of the time was waiting for the next test or Dr. Whilst I was waiting there were a number of staff just socializing (could they have filled out my forms?). Days following the appointment, I continued to receive text/email reminders for the future visit which was changed by them. The entire organization didn’t seem very efficient nor cognizant of the customer’s time.

Very pleasant staff and informative doctor. Fees are high for a self pay and surprise extra payments upon checkout are not fair when I only did what I came there for and no extra. At the time of booking I should be given the full amount that will be paid that day. I was charged as a new patient because it had been a few years since I was there, that’s unfair since I was in there system still (I don’t go often due to no vision insurance). Force check in before arriving is very frustrating with all the questions that take quite some time when you are getting ready in the morning and having to pay before the exam is annoying when you then have another surprise payment at the end. No extra work was done then was explained at the time of booking the appointment. Booking the appointment was aver
