I had a great experience at my visit for a general cleaning/checkup! I was checked in by Becky at the front, who made sure everything was squared away and set up as this was my first visit as a new patient to the practice. The lobby was quite busy today but they made sure to get to everyone quickly. I had my x-rays done with Laykin and Chaniya. Normally, I dread this part of a visit because it’s usually the most uncomfortable part of the appointment for me, but they were both very attentive in making sure I was doing alright, making the necessary adjustments when I was uncomfortable, and making sure I could take breaks to rest my jaw/tongue when it got to be a bit much. Had my first visit at this location today. From the receptionist to the assistant to the hygienist (Ali) to the dentist (Dr. Franco) they were compassionate, thorough, professional and honest. There was no high pressure tactic to attempt to "sell" or "uncharge" what was needed but rather an honest portrayal of the plan and allowing the patient to make the decision. Dr. Cassandra Franco listened well, appeared to genuinely care and took the time that was needed while not overextending. Her explanations and diagnosis was accurate and appropriate. I have seen several dentistries recently that are focused on the finances and getting the patient in and out quickly. THIS dentistry did what I would hope for and WE WILL BE BACK!

Dr. Franco greeted me as soon as I came in and my wait was less than 5 min. All staff introduced themselves and were kind and friendly. Dr. Franco and staff provided comprehensive information and options. Audrey, dental asst. was caring knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend this office.

Thank you to Becky, Tori, and Dr. Hen for getting me in and being so kind. I have dental anxiety and haven’t had dental insurance in quite some time; however, Tori & Dr. Hen took the time to explain all that was going on with my teeth in detail and that put me at ease. The atmosphere here is very calming and clean. I will be coming back for more work and couldn’t recommend a better place to get dental care! Thank you!! Oh can’t forget Laykin as well thank you!!!

It is very hard to find a dentist that was accepting new patients and pediatric at that. My daughter is 6. They were able to get her in within a weeks time. Everything was explained prior to the appointment that they may need to refer her out if there were any cavities etc. also if they weren’t able to get X-rays. I figured it’s worth a shot anyway being I was having such a hard time finding somewhere to bring my six year old. We went in and the appointment went great! Dr. Franco went above and beyond along with Audrey. They were able to get X-rays done, an exam, and her cleaning all in one visit. Dr. Franco spent time showing my daughter all of the utensils she would be using and explained how they worked and showed her before attempting to do anything. She helped put her mind at ease. Th
