Kroger Pharmacy

Update: This place is going downhill fast. They don’t have common medication in stock and have to order it, “broke” their drive through for a couple months, and blame it all on “short staffing”. The guy I usually talk to when picking up our meds is nice and helpful. I’ve had three great experiences with them now and will never be going back to my old pharmacy. They get people through exponentially faster than my previous pharmacy and don’t hand out a clipboard full of patient names like that other one.

I’ve used this pharmacy for years now and never had a problem. Lately though the last 4 months have been horrible. I needed another inhaler and chamber for my son because the school needed one. The doctor and insurance were fine with it but took them THREE WEEKS to finally actually place the order. Everytime I called they would say they have to order it and will be there on Monday. Each time I called to make sure it was ready they say they never put the order in. Still wouldn’t give me a chamber though so I had to buy another one. My other son got his dose upped and they took a week to get that ready. Now this past week has been hell for me to get my prescription.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Script called in by Urgent Care, they didn't call to say it's ready. Now have to wait until tomorrow to pickup. Should have waited until tomorrow to get from regular pharmacy. NEVER again!

My first experience with this pharmacy. I will never return. The guy at the drive through was super rude and didn’t even fill my prescription and wasn’t going to give it to me. Definitely not worth the hassle. I am down right flabbergasted by his attitude. If you hate your job that much then you shouldn’t be there.

Yesterday (Sunday) I went to the drive up window. The gal waiting on me had some kind of stud through her nose--not a problem--except she touched it at least seven times while waiting on me. PRETTY GROSS. If she cannot stop touching it, she should remove it for work.
